Independent Living Specialist

This role involves working within the independent living program to help teens in foster care transition into adulthood by teaching and coaching essential independent living program skills. The specialist ensures that foster youth graduate from high school, secure employment, and develop into strong young adults.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field, with licensure at the highest level preferred. Essential requirements include proficiency with ehr, email, and microsoft office, along with reliable transportation to serve clients across multiple cities.
