Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher will lead a mixed-Age preschool classroom within a montessori framework, focusing on nurturing concentration, confidence, and deep learning through individualized guidance and prepared environments. Responsibilities include closely observing children, providing lessons in core subjects, and fostering strong, respectful relationships with both children and their families.

Candidates must possess a montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or be willing to obtain sponsored certification, along with experience working with children aged 3–6 in a group setting or vpk experience. Required education includes credits in ece or child development, or a cda, associate's, or bachelor's degree in a related field, demonstrating alignment with child-Led philosophies.
