Mental Health Associate-1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)

The mental health associate provides direct care to residents with psychiatric disorders to ensure their safety and well-Being on the unit using a therapeutic approach. Primary duties include ensuring resident safety, assisting with daily activities, and facilitating groups as directed by supervisors.

Candidates must be 19 years or older and pass a drug screen and background check, including fingerprinting. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related mental health field is preferred, but not required, though experience in a residential setting is strongly preferred.
