Youth Mentor - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities include providing direct supervision and care to male youth in a secure residential setting, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe, trauma-Informed environment. Staff must also utilize approved de-Escalation techniques, conduct security checks, facilitate therapeutic programming, and reinforce individual treatment plans.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate’s degree or higher, along with experience working with at-Risk or court-Involved adolescents in residential treatment settings. Essential requirements include strong interpersonal and crisis management skills, the ability to work in a hardware secure environment, maintaining a valid ct driver's license, and the capacity to become certified in medication administration and safe crisis management (Scm).
