Youth Mentor - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities include providing direct supervision and care to male youth in a secure residential setting, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe, trauma-Informed environment. Staff must also utilize approved de-Escalation techniques, conduct security checks, and facilitate therapeutic programming.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate’s degree or higher, along with experience working with at-Risk or court-Involved adolescents in residential treatment settings. Essential requirements include maintaining a valid ct driver's license, capacity for physical restraint certification (Scm), and willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and mandatory overtime.
