Independent Support Staff

The independent support staff assists program participants in developing independent living skills and prepares them for greater independence in various settings. This role involves close collaboration with participants and their families, primarily in community or home environments.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or ged and a valid pa driver's license are required, along with the ability to pass background checks and physical assessments.
