Life Skills Coach

The life skills coach will support individuals with developmental disabilities in building independent living skills such as cooking and budgeting, while encouraging and motivating them to achieve greater confidence. This role involves planning weekly goals, providing consistent progress documentation through case notes, and spending the majority of time working directly with clients in the field.

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to cover the hollister/Gilroy areas, and must be bilingual in english and spanish. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and demonstrate basic computer literacy including ms word, email, and data entry.
