Behavioral Support Paraprofessional

The behavioral support paraprofessional will work with teachers to directly support students aged 5-21 with academic, behavioral, and daily living goals, including implementing ieps and positive behavior support plans. Responsibilities also involve assisting with transitions, personal care, and accurately collecting and recording behavioral progress data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of three months of experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities. Essential qualifications include knowledge of behavior management strategies and strong abilities in communication, teamwork, and maintaining composure during challenging situations.
