Program Coordinator Teens (Full-Time)- Middletown YMCA Family Location

The coordinator is responsible for ensuring all governing rules and regulations are met while creating and developing teen programs, including assisting with scheduling and conducting regular program audits for safety. They will also establish partnerships with local high schools and facilitate a five-Week workforce development program, coordinating job placement for successful participants.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for serving a diverse community. A minimum of two seasons of experience as a player or official in assigned sports, along with knowledge of relevant rules and protocols, is required, with cpr and first aid certification needed within 30 days of hire.
