Day Camp Sr. Counselor- Sussex Millsboro Camp

The senior counselor is responsible for supervising children and groups during all assigned activities while ensuring safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate childcare practices. This includes providing daily care, implementing positive behavior management, planning age-Appropriate activities, and maintaining effective communication with staff and parents.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, demonstrate maturity and good judgment, and possess previous camp or group childcare experience. Successful completion of required background checks, strong interpersonal skills, active listening, patience, and compassion are mandatory for this role.
