Cardiac Clinical Educator

This role involves assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating education for clinical employees to promote professional development and improve the quality of patient care. Responsibilities include facilitating new employee onboarding, managing competency assessment processes, and designing/Delivering educational programs aligned with organizational goals.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and have at least 3 years of experience in pediatrics, along with current georgia rn licensure and bls certification. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, specialty certification, and experience in pediatric designated specialty areas.
