Second Grade (2026-2027 School Year)

The primary function involves teaching and facilitating learning for second-Grade students, maintaining academic progress, discipline, and required records. This includes providing direct instruction using best practices, establishing clear lesson objectives, and creating effective lesson plans for daily guidance.

Candidates must possess a valid kansas state teaching license in elementary education (K-9, k-6, or k-3 depending on specific grade focus) and a bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include prior classroom teaching experience, along with strong skills in organization, time management, communication, and the ability to work interactively with students.
