Core responsibilities
Unlicensed staff members, as registered nursing students, will work under the direct supervision of a professional nurse to implement delegated aspects of nursing care, including providing patient care and supporting admissions and discharge processes. Responsibilities also involve observing patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions and reporting any changes to the nursing or medical staff.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be students currently enrolled in a registered nurse program and within two semesters of graduation, along with possessing a high school graduate or equivalent qualification. A requirement includes obtaining bls certification within 90 days of hire and committing to specific availability for shifts and orientation.
