Toddler Lead Teacher

As a lead teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering developmentally appropriate, play-Based curricula that support children's growth across all domains. You will work collaboratively with families and a passionate team to co-Create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs, guided by constructivist theory and child-Led play.

Candidates must possess a child development associate (Cda) credential, and an associate degree in early childhood education is preferred. Strong skills in communication and classroom management are required, along with a passion for equity, inclusion, and building strong family partnerships.
