This role involves utilizing specific coaching models, such as csa and the impact cycle, to provide directive, facilitative, and dialogical support to enhance teacher effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of arts or science in education or a related instructional field, along with required florida certification in the relevant subject area. Essential duties include actively coaching teachers, leading professional development aligned with student data, and ensuring fidelity to curriculum goals and school policies.
