Health Educator/Teacher Part Time 20 hours per week

The health teacher is responsible for developing and implementing the health education program at pathways, reporting to the director of special education. The program aims to improve student health by increasing knowledge on maintenance, disease prevention, reducing risky behaviors, and developing healthy attitudes aligned with state standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or special education and hold all grades health educator certification. A minimum of two years of instructional experience and two years working with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities using aba methods is required.
