Middle School Language Arts Teacher

The middle school language arts teacher is responsible for delivering rigorous instruction in reading, writing, and literature to sixth, seventh, and eighth graders, fostering critical thinking and communication skills. This role involves daily lesson planning, differentiating instruction, monitoring student progress using various assessments, and collaborating with faculty and families to support student learning and well-Being.

A bachelor's degree in english, literature, education, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred, and teaching certification is preferred and required within two years of hire. Candidates should possess relevant teaching experience with middle school students and be supportive of principia’s guiding statements, with preference given to students of christian science.
