Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in center-Based or home-Based settings, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor client progress and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

Candidates should possess passion and a desire to make a difference, although no direct experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. The position requires availability monday through friday between 8 am and 6 pm, averaging 30-35 hours per week, and successful completion of a background check.
