Overnight Residential Counselor (Awake)

The overnight residential support specialist provides direct supervision, care, and support for at-Risk adolescent males (Ages 13-18) in a residential setting, maintaining a safe and structured environment overnight. Responsibilities include teaching, counseling, responding to crises using positive interventions, administering medications, and tracking behaviors.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth in a residential, community, or school-Based program. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to engage positively, de-Escalate behaviors, and apply sound judgment.
