Core responsibilities
Registered behavior technicians provide one-To-One compassionate aba direct services to clients by following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols, and are responsible for collecting and recording data on client behavior. They must also empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisors, and assist the bcba during assessments and material preparation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least three months of experience as an rbt and possess a valid rbt certification number, along with an active driver's license and reliable transportation. A willingness to commute to client case locations is also required.
