Program Associate

Direct support professionals implement behavioral treatment plans, collect observational data, and assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and money management. They also teach functional skills, accompany individuals to appointments, provide safe transportation, and resolve problem behavior situations while adhering to safety standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience in good standing. A minimum of six months of related work experience is required, or current enrollment in a degree program in psychology, social work, or a related field.
