BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN- Brick Learning Center Afternoon M-F 3:30-7p

The technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a bcba. Key duties include delivering 1:1 therapy, recording accurate client progress data, and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Candidates should ideally have experience with developmental disabilities and must pass background checks, with rbt certification required within 90 days if not already obtained.
