Teen Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist supports club leadership by delivering an outcome-Driven club experience across various program pillars, including academic success, character development, and health/Life skills, while directly working with youth to ensure their safety and development through interactive activities. Key duties involve planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned programs, maintaining program areas, tracking member data, and ensuring adherence to all child and club safety guidelines.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in a related field preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth in development or educational settings. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in positive youth motivation, and the ability to manage administrative tasks like data collection and record-Keeping.
