Core responsibilities
The life skills specialist is responsible for providing direct supervision, crisis intervention, and support to youth residents at the arnett house. They will also coordinate and implement life skills, education, and employment training programs to help youth build healthy community connections.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an associate's degree in human services or a related field with at least one year of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree. A valid driver's license is also required to fulfill transportation duties.
