Behavior Technician - After School Hours (Part Time 10-30 Hours)

The behavior technician provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis principles to children with developmental disabilities. They are responsible for collecting and recording data, implementing intervention strategies, and assisting with parent training under the supervision of a bcba.

Candidates must have either a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of relevant experience or an associate's degree with two years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, and registered behavior technician certification is considered a plus.
