Adult Services Direct Support - Leominster

The direct support professional provides daily living assistance, medication administration, and coaching to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, documenting progress, and facilitating community integration and recreational activities.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license. Map certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
