Lower School Support Teacher

The support teacher assists the lead teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing waldorf-Inspired classroom environment and provides academic and social-Emotional guidance to students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, supervising students during transitions and recess, and facilitating classroom activities in the lead teacher's absence.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess waldorf teacher certification or equivalent experience. Applicants are required to demonstrate a commitment to equity and inclusion, maintain current first aid/Cpr certification, and pass all necessary background checks.
