The clinician will manage a diverse caseload, providing services across key areas including articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and functional communication. This role is integral in supporting students’ access to educational content, as well as fostering confidence and effective communication with peers and educational staff.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data. Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs and eligibility. Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders and hold an active Kansas SLP license or be eligible for licensure. The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, along with prior experience working in a school-based setting being highly desirable.
