Position Summary
The primary purpose of the job is to provide administrative support to the SACD Vice Dean, faculty, staff and students.

Duties and Responsibilities
The essentials duties and responsibilities for this job are: To provide administrative support to the the Vice Dean, managing the calendar of appointments, managing student advising schedules, manage VABE and graduate application documents, general office duties. These duties are performed: Provide Student support: Maintain student records and graduation audits, respond to student questions and needs, assist in diploma distribution, maintain, manage work study students and process work study paperwork. These duties are performed: Provide Office and Building Support: Greet SACD visitors, maintain classroom, studios and conference room reservations, maintain system for projector and other equipment check out and maintain and organize kichenette/supply room and faculty work/mail/copy room, order office supplies and provide building access to faculty, staff and students. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Physical Requirements Job may require lifting light weight objects (1 to 10 pounds) with no repetitive bending or stooping. Occasionally lift average weight objects (1 to 10 pounds).
Work Environment Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office.
Salary/Pay Information UDMPSSA Grade 9 $22.13 Per hour
