1 teacher's aide supports students with intellectual and developmental disabilities by implementing individualized instructional and therapeutic goals. They also provide essential personal care, behavioral support, and ensure student safety in both classroom and community environments.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to assist with personal care tasks and the physical capacity to perform emergency interventions and lifting are required.
