Transition Support Associate (Evening)

The transition support associate supervises students in common areas and enforces school rules and guidelines. They also facilitate communication between the school, families, and external agencies to promote a safe and healthy environment.

A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds are required. Experience with student support and sel practices is also necessary.
