Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will lead the full clinical lifecycle of cases, including conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing treatment implementation. They are also responsible for supervising behavior technicians, analyzing data, and providing parent training to ensure high-Quality clinical outcomes.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-On aba experience with children is required, along with strong clinical judgment and data analysis skills.
