Employment Specialist - River Oaks

The employment specialist provides intensive career counseling, case management, and job search assistance to program participants. They are responsible for maintaining accurate data records, monitoring participant progress, and facilitating employment readiness workshops.

A bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least two years of experience in workforce development or human services. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, proficiency in microsoft office, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
