Lead Teacher- U-GRO HACC Harrisburg

The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow staff members. They also manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support child development.

Candidates must have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be at least 18 years old and capable of meeting state and company requirements for childcare centers.
