The Lead Teacher will develop and implement daily instruction plans while fostering academic success and character development in scholars. They are responsible for tracking student progress through assessments and maintaining a structured, positive learning environment.
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree and possess strong instructional and classroom management skills. A valid Wisconsin teaching credential or the willingness to attain one is required, along with 1-3 years of teaching experience.
Job Purpose Under the direction of the Principal, the Elementary Teacher will lead the instruction and training of scholars in his or her classroom and/or assigned grade level(s). The Lead Teacher will work closely with scholars, parents, and school administration to ensure that academic success and character development are achieved by all scholars in the classroom.
