Older Youth Leader

The older youth leader acts as a mentor and coach to a group of 20-25 students, providing homework assistance and academic enrichment. They are responsible for creating an engaging environment, implementing lesson plans, and supporting positive behavior choices.

Candidates must have at least 48 college semester units or a bachelor's degree and be at least 22 years old. Applicants must also have at least six months of experience working with groups of students and pass background checks including live scan and a tb test.
