Special Education Teacher, Behavior Support Teacher

The teacher will coordinate and provide direct instructional programs for special education students, including the development and implementation of individual education programs (Ieps). They are responsible for monitoring student progress, managing classroom behavior, and collaborating with the school team to meet diverse student needs.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and be eligible for a north carolina professional educator’s license in an exceptional children’s teaching area. A valid motor vehicle operator’s license is also required, with preferred certifications in first aid, cpr, and crisis prevention and intervention.
