The Youth Worker is responsible for the safe supervision of children in grades K-8 and the facilitation of daily group activities including STEM, literacy, and fitness. They must also collaborate with program leadership to create structured lesson plans and maintain accurate attendance records.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 3 months to one year of experience working with youth. Additionally, applicants must obtain clearance through the New York State Central Registry and the Office of Children and Family Services.
