Work Schedule: Various schedules available including full time, part time and relief. Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm A Day in the Life of a Job Coach: In this vital role, you will support participants in successfully preparing for and/or maintain competitive community integrated employment. Work with participants to develop work habits like punctuality, hygiene, productivity, etc. that are necessary to obtain and maintain employment Models appropriate work behavior Transports participants to and from work sites Provides accurate information to the Program Supervisor and Case Manager about the participants progress May perform job tasks along with participants Uses resources to assist participants with employment/job exploration and discovery Completes documentation as needed Who We are Looking For: High School Diploma or GED Excellent communication skills One year of work experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or in a vocational rehabilitation setting preferred. Must possess a valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency driver standards.
