The classroom assistant supports teachers by supervising children, implementing daily curriculum, and assisting with personal care tasks. They also maintain a safe, orderly classroom environment and participate in staff meetings to support program goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong nurturing and interpersonal skills. Completion of specific Wisconsin state-certified child care classes is required.
***salary is commensurate with experience***
