Assistant Coach for Public Forum Debate

The assistant coach will facilitate public forum debate practice sessions, provide constructive feedback, and mentor students to prepare for competitive events. They are also responsible for chaperoning and judging at weekend competitions while maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Candidates should have experience in competitive debate and possess strong communication and teaching skills. A commitment to student-Centered learning, cultural competence, and the ability to work locally in the raleigh-Durham area is required.
