Weekend Congregate Residential Counselor With Bonus Eligibility

Counselors provide trauma-Informed care and support to youth in a residential setting while facilitating healthy activities and routines. Staff are responsible for maintaining a safe environment through crisis management, verbal de-Escalation, and active participation in daily treatment programs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalency and be physically capable of performing an 8-10 hour shift. Prior experience working with youth is preferred, along with the ability to pass a background check and work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
