Community Inclusion Specialist/ Job Coach

The community inclusion specialist provides direct support to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve vocational and life skills goals. They implement treatment plans, facilitate community activities, and provide hands-On assistance in various employment and program settings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree strongly preferred. One year of relevant experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain required certifications.
