Core responsibilities
The family partner provides peer support and guidance to families and youth receiving wraparound with intensive services (Wise). They act as a collaborative advocate to help families navigate systems and connect with community resources to achieve care plan goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have lived experience parenting a child who received mental or behavioral health services or involvement with cross-System services. A high school diploma or ged, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks are required.
