We are currently seeking an ABA Scheduler that is responsible for day-to-day center operations in ABA center, including scheduling and chart maintenance. May provide direct behavioral therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities in the center as needed to assist in center operations. This position is responsible for scheduling assessments and ABA services, create program materials as needed and/or directed by the Clinical Supervisor, implement individualized behavioral therapy programs with clients utilizing ABA intervention strategies to increase social-communicative behaviors and daily living skills while decreasing disruptive and/or aggressive behaviors as outlined in clients' individualized service plans (ISP) as needed in the center, among other duties as well. Education and Experience Required: At least a high school diploma and experience working with children. Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science is highly preferred. At least 6 months experience implementing ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA to individuals with Autism, Intellectual, or Developmental Disabilities required. At least one year experience preferred. Must possess a current registered behavior technician credential and be in good standing or must successfully complete a 40-hour class, competency assessment, and exam to become a registered behavior technician within 2 months of hire. Must have experience working in moderate to high stress environments, juggling tasks and executing changes quickly and meeting deadlines Must have experience working in Microsoft Suite (excel, teams, outlook, word, power point, etc) Experience completing schedules for upwards of 10 individuals preferred We offer a competitive benefits package for all full-time employees:
