Job Description
Valley Health is looking for motivated nursing students who plan to become RNs, work with us after graduation, and meet the following criteria: Enrolled at James Madison University, Shenandoah University, or Shepherd University. Rising junior in a pre-licensure BSN program (2026–2027). Good academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA). Complete required semesters per scholarship terms. Participate in optional clinical rotations or capstone experiences within Valley Health. Start full-time RN employment at Valley Health for two years post-graduation. Compensation & Benefits $25,000 scholarship ($5,000 upon acceptance, then $5,000/semester for four semesters). Funds can cover living expenses. Opportunity for clinical experiences at Valley Health.
