The lead teacher develops and executes individual education plans for children aged Kindergarten to 12 while ensuring a safe learning environment. Responsibilities include implementing curriculum focused on social-emotional growth and maintaining regular communication with parents.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and experience supervising school-age children in group settings. An associate degree in education and knowledge of Creative Curriculum are preferred.

Under the direction of center administration, the lead teacher develops and executes individual education plans for school-age children in Kindergarten – age 12. The lead teacher ensures that the teaching team (assistant teacher and teacher aide) provides a safe and educational learning environment that incorporates evidence curriculum and the early learning coordinator weekly reviews classroom and child data and participates in all scheduled training in support of ongoing professional development.
