Who We’re Looking For: A dedicated childcare professional with 2+ years of experience in preschool, daycare, or early childhood settings is preferred. An empathetic and nurturing individual who’s passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and engaging with parents. A high school diploma is the minimum, but an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) is a bonus. A CDA credential is also a plus!
