Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Boulder, Colorado | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in the Boulder, Colorado area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting two elementary schools and working directly with students, educators, and families to create positive behavioral outcomes and meaningful student success. Schedule: Full-Time (36 hours/week) Dates: August 4, 2026 – May 21, 2027 Setting: Two Elementary Schools Grade Levels: K-5 Onsite Position
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and school teams Train and coach educators and support staff on evidence-based behavior strategies Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
