The Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children. They must maintain a safe environment, mentor assistants, and build positive relationships with parents and staff.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and meet DCF Wisconsin Licensing Rules. Preferred qualifications include two years of child care experience and current CPR/AED certification.

Under the direction of the Child Care Director, the Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing the daily activities in the Child Care programs for the Kettle Moraine YMCA.
